Mommy you have three balls in your shirt!
When I was pregnant with Ben, my two year old just couldn’t grasp the fact that I had a baby in my stomach. He kept pointing to my belly and saying ball. Then he got to thinking and started pointing at other things, (I’ll let you figure out what things), and saying ball, ball, ball. Everyday after that he’d remind me that I had three balls in my shirt. It’s nice to know that he’s figuring out his shapes… I guess.

My daughter firmly believes she has a girl in her belly. Not a boy or a baby. It’s a girl.
Tonight, I was giving her a bath and she asked, “Baby in there?” and pointed to my belly.
I laughed and said, “No baby in there.”
She said, “Yes. Baby in there. See it rolling!”
Thanks, sweet and precious daughter. Thanks for pointing out that my low-rise shorts are a little tight right now and they give me a muffin-top which apparently “rolls” while I’m bathing you. I was feeling motivated to work-out…now I think I’ll go stuff my face with allergen-free chocolate chips.
